Cybex Solution M-Fix car seat

The Solution M-Fix was test winner in Group 2/3 in the test 06/2015 conducted by German Stiftung Warentest (on par with another brand´s seat). A member of the successful Solution series stands out through its range of innovative safety and comfort functions.

A new generation of adjustable safety:
- The most important element in the safety concept of the Solution series is the CYBEX patented reclining headrest. It cleverly prevents the child’s head from falling forward even when asleep. The individually adjustable Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System) ensures the highest level of safety. The ISOFIX Connect System further enhances the stability and safety of the seat. Also compatible with cars that are not equipped with ISOFIX.

- Patented reclining headrest

Individually adjustable linear side-impact protection:
- The individually adjustable Linear Side-impact Protection (L.S.P. System) absorbs the impact energy in case of an accident at a very early stage. The force of a side-impact collision is systematically absorbed by individually adjustable side protectors as well as by the shoulder and head protectors. At the same time, the body’s kinetic energy caused by the impact is absorbed right away and the head is actively guided into a safe position. The L.S.P. protectors can be individually adjusted to fit the interior of the car.

Optimised Ventilation System:
- The integrated ventilation system supports a comfortable body temperature even on hot days. A further element of the comfort package of the Solution M-Fix is a system of mesh ventilation channels that run through the backrest and seat components. This ensures a comfortable sitting temperature even on hot days.

12-position height-adjustable headrest:
- 12-position height-adjustable headrest for the perfect fit and maximum safety The 12-position height-adjustment allows the seat to grow with the child and offers extremely long usability. The head protectors grow with the personal space requirements of the child.

ISOFIX Connect:
- ISOFIX Connect System offers enhanced safety and stability and easy one-click installation. The seat´s connectors simply snap into the vehicle´s ISOFIX anchorage points. The connectors can easily be folded away, so that the seat is also compatible with cars not equipped with ISOFIX.

Energy-absorbing shell:
- The flexible material structure absorbs the force of an impact

Extra-wide and deep seat cushion:
- With extra soft padding
